Sample Requests
If you are unsure of the pattern/colour, please do not hesitate to contact us via interiors@jonesbespoke.com. We would be happy to send you up to 3 samples, free of charge to ensure your fabric choice is right for you. Please allow 3-5 working days for all sample deliveries.
Deliveries and Returns
Cushion deliveries will take up to 10-14 working days from order date. If you’re product is faulty in any way or you are unhappy with the quality of your cushion/s, please do not hesitate to contact us interiors@jonesbespoke.com. Please note that any cushions made using the contrast options are non-refundable as they are made personally to your order.
